At ArbresCW, we strive to deliver your plants in the best condition and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Order Processing and Shipment Timing:

  • Orders placed before 8:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday.
  • Any orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the Tuesday of the following week. This schedule allows us to avoid plant dehydration and ensures that you receive a high-quality product.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Weekends and holidays are not included in our processing time.
  • Delivery may take up to 7 to 14 business days depending on the shipping destination and the date the order was placed.

Address Accuracy:

  • It is your responsibility to double-check the shipping address you enter during checkout. We are not responsible for any shipping delays, additional charges, or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your address is accurate and up-to-date before completing your order.

Shipping Charges and Delivery:

  • We pass along the reduced shipping rates provided to us by our shipping partners. However, we are not responsible for the services provided by the shipping carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, any lost or damaged packages, or delays in delivery. Once the package has left our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier, and any shipping issues should be addressed with them directly.

Pickup Orders:

  • If you prefer to pick up your order in person rather than having it shipped, please contact us through the contact form on our website to make the necessary arrangements. Pickup orders are processed separately and may require additional coordination.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your plant arrives damaged or you experience significant shipping delays, please reach out to us immediately so we can address the situation with our shipping provider. We will do our best to resolve any issues, but please note that we cannot guarantee or take responsibility for any shipping delays or damage once the package is with the carrier.
